Finally made it all the way across San Pablo Bay to China Camp in San Rafael. The Wikipedia entry for China Camp reads... "A Chinese shrimp-fishing village thrived on this site in the 1880s. Nearly 500 people, originally from Guangzhou, Canton, China, lived in the village. In its heyday, there were three general stores, a marine supply store and a barber shop. The village was used extensively in the filming of the 1955 movie "Blood Alley" starring John Wayne". The middle pictures show the view across the "Brothers" and "Sisters" rocks in the San Pablo Channel to San Francisco. This trip, 34 nautical miles.
